Instructions for Placing an Order
- Access the Partners Section : Once logged in, if your account is authorized, the "Partners" icon (cart icon) will appear in your menu. Click on this icon to access the list of products reserved for resellers.
Note : If you do not see the "Partners" icon at the bottom right, it means you may not be logged in or your account has not yet been authorized. Please contact our support at the following address: support@lacigale.co.
- Select Your Products : Browse the products and choose the formats and wick options available for each candle. Prices will be automatically adjusted based on the discount granted to you. Add the desired quantities by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- Check Your Cart : Once your products are selected, click on the cart icon to access the summary of your order. Make sure to check the quantities and items.
- Note on Minimum Order Value : A minimum cart value of 200.00 $ is required to finalize your purchase. If this minimum threshold is not reached, the "Proceed to Checkout" option will not be activated.
- Add an Order Note (optional) : In the cart summary, you have the option to add a note to indicate additional information, such as an internal order number.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions : Before finalizing your order, make sure to check the box confirming your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
- Finalize the Order : Click on "Proceed to Checkout" to submit your order. Once submitted, your order will need to be validated by our team. An invoice will then be issued according to our terms and conditions.
Note : If you do not see the "Partners" icon, it means your account is not yet authorized for reseller access. Please contact our team to verify your status.
Delivery Details and Fees
- For orders of 200$ to 599$, a fixed delivery fee of 29.99$ will be applied at checkout.
- Orders of 600$ and more benefit from free delivery.
- Applicable sales taxes will be automatically added at the time of payment.
Order and Payment Policy
- Minimum Order : A minimum order of 200$ is required.
- Payment Terms : Payments are required at the time of order via the methods available on our platform (credit card, etc.).
- Cancellation and Modifications : Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of submission. Contact us directly for any urgent modifications.
Return and Claims Policy
- Returns : Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a claim.
- Claims Procedure : Provide photos of the damaged products and the details of your order. Our team will process your request as soon as possible.
