Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat Rate in Quebec: Take advantage of a flat rate shipping rate of $11.95 for all your orders delivered in Quebec. Additionally, we cover shipping costs for orders of three or more candles.

Other Canadian Provinces: For our customers residing in other provinces, shipping is set at a flat rate of $19.99. However, we are happy to offer free delivery on orders of four or more candles.

How to check the status of my order ?

After your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email from us, including a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the journey of your package online. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update on the carrier's website.

In the event that your order does not arrive within 5 working days following this confirmation, do not hesitate to contact us at support@lacigale.co. Please provide us with your full name and order number so that we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Please contact us within a maximum of 14 days after your delivery. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@lacigale.co with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We deal with them on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
